Data Collection

The extension requests access to Chrome history only to find and clear local search suggestions from the user's Chrome profile. Cleanup happens locally in Chrome.

Local Storage

The extension stores only local settings in Chrome, including:

• Whether automatic cleanup is enabled.
• The cleanup interval.
• Whether cleanup should run when Chrome starts.
• Which built-in search engines are enabled.
• The last cleanup status and cleanup counters.

These settings remain on the user's device and are not transmitted.
